Computer Shop Sales Associate

We are a computer reseller specialising in Apple and PC computers, accessories, and computer repair services. We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Computer Shop Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on their computer needs, selling our products and services, and providing basic troubleshooting support for Apple and PC devices.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers who visit our store and assess their needs
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on their computer needs, including hardware and software
• Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs and budget
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and debit card payments
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and pricing
• Perform basic troubleshooting of Apple and PC devices and escalate more complex issues to our repair team
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including inventory management and visual merchandising

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in the computer industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Apple and PC hardware and software, including basic troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
