We are an Apple Authorised Service Provider, and specialise in Apple products, both sales and service. We can help with all your Apple service requirements, whether your device is an iPod, iPad, Mac, or Beats headphones we can assist with your needs.


All of our technicians are Apple Certified, and are required to keep up with Apple’s latest training requirements, so you can be assured your Apple product is in the best hands.  Whether you require hardware or software service for your device, we will be able to help.

Our WA Service Department is located at the Winthrop Shop in the Guild Village at the University of WA (ground floor between Westpac bank and IGA).

Monday to Friday 8.45 AM to 5 PM

Before you drop off your device:

Please make sure your data is backed up before bringing your device in for service, and please also make sure that Find My Device (iPhone/iPad) is disabled otherwise it will delay the repair.
