The Trade-in Process

1. Get in touch with our Sales Team on 08 6185 4200 or email sales.wa@winaust.com.au
2. Send in the details of the devices you wish to trade-in and receive a quote for the device with the trade-in price.
3. After device collection and inspection, you will receive a trade-in credit to purchase the Microsoft Surface Device.
4. Our sales team will help you select the desired device from 3 devices listed in the trade-in offer. Your trade-in credit will then be applied to the final cost of the new device.
5. There are no restrictions on the number of devices that can be traded.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Devices cannot be engraved or have any other etchings or asset tags.
2. Devices need to be in working condition. The screen must not have any cracks or dead pixels. The device must power on and boot all of the way to the desktop. All the keys on the keyboard must work, as well as ancillary keys like volume and mute. All other facets of the device must function normally.
3. All devices to be traded-in need to include their working charger.
4. In order to participate in the trade-in promotion, clients must purchase new Microsoft Surface devices only.
5. Trade-in promotion is available to schools and businesses only.
6. You must be the legal and rightful owner of Your Existing Device with no third party having the right to claim any interest, right or ownership of Your Existing Device.
7. You can confirm Your Existing Device has not been reported lost or stolen.
8. The trade-in credit offer will vary depending on your device type, the model and the working condition of your device.
9. This is a one-for-one trade-in promotion only. The trade-in discount received per device can only be used towards the purchase of one new device at a time. i.e. if 4 devices are traded-in, 4 new devices must be purchased to receive trade-in discount on each device.
