Winthrop Australia is a fully authorised service centre for Acer & Apple. An important part of our vendor relationships is the ability to service what we supply. Winthrop Australia ’s Service Centre has the technical services and support to design, implement and maintain IT solutions. We have seven experienced, skilled and qualified engineers who specialise in Acer, Apple, HP, Lucent, 3Com and many other Third Party products.

At Winthrop Australia we offer fully managed IT solutions, specifically designed to help your organisation get maximum value from your IT environment allowing you the freedom to focus on your business. Winthrop Australia’s post sales support provides quick and easy access to the repair centre, field services and a range of products designed to reduce and avoid the cost of IT repairs and faults. Our Support team work very closely with sales and delivery to provide prevention-planning packages to minimize the likelihood of downtime and long-term repair costs.

Winthrop's service section is located at the rear of the Winthrop Computer Shop. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
